What is OPEN?

Founded in 1997, the Oregon Program Evaluators Network (OPEN) is an organization for residents of Oregon and Washington who are involved with or interested in program evaluation. OPEN allows for the exchange of ideas and information to promote and encourage high-quality evaluation practices. The members of OPEN represent government agencies, universities, and private consulting firms.

OPEN Mission:

To provide a regional, interdisciplinary forum for professional development, networking, and exchange of practical, methodological, and theoretical knowledge in the field of evaluation.
